How to Get Companies to Send You Free Stuff

When was the last time you got something for free in the mail? It seems like a lot fo companies stopped sending out free samples and promotions. Now you have to request them. One of the best ways to Get Free Stuff and samples is by completing sample requests online, but another way is to start contacting companies directly.

Here’s how you can contact your favorite companies and ask if they will send you some Sample Products.

1) Finding a Product or Company that Interests You

The first thing you need to do is find out what exactly you would like to request. The best way to do this is think about your favorite foods or products you use on a daily basis. Big brand names are more likely to send you free products Samples And Coupons, than lesser known brands.

Now that you have the product in mind, you will need to find the full contact information and who the producer of the product is. In most cases, the product will have the company name and web site on it. If the physical mailing address isn’t listed on the product, just do a general search on Google for the product name, and you should easily find their contact information.

Your letter is going to be the difference between getting some free stuff and getting ignored. Let’s say for example you went to a soda machine and it ate your money, if this was the case, you could contact that machine vendor directly and the soda company inside the machine. Tell them your story about how the machine ate your money and you never got the soda. At the least you should get a coupon in the amount of your lost money, but many companies will send you a few extras for the trouble you had.

Another great idea is to say that you are going to an event and want to hand out samples of the companies’ product to other individuals. This is free promotion for the company, while you are providing a service and getting free stuff in return.

No matter the situation, just make sure not to like, as that’s not cool.

3) Wait For Your Free Stuff to Arrive

I would like to say that all companies will send you some freebies, or at least send a letter of correspondence back, but some might not. If you are going to be writing a to a few companies, you should get a response back from most of them. This could take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on product and company.

Next time you get ripped off, lose money or receive a damaged product, make sure you take the time to contact the company directly, as they should more than make up for what you previously lost.
