how do I report a scam which i’ve just found out about?

CHO-YUNG TEA SCAM they have just fraudulently taken money from my card account even though I said I only wanted the Free Sample. I have just managed to talk online with an agent and he has cancelled everything. Monies will be repaid to me when I send back the unwanted products by recorded delivery. I noticed via google this is a global problem. Can you completely block any mail from this company, because my bank said what they did is tantamount to fraud and I’m sure Yahoo would not want to be associated with a company like that. Thank you.
