Before you read this article let’s take a look at the t-shirt you are wearing right now and see if you think you are, in some way, in part of the coolest generation! Do you think your t-shirt is hip? Yes, maybe, or no? Well, let’s all examine the definition of “coolness”. Free t-shirts are easy to get. You can get them at bank openings, sporting events, school functions, fund raisers and even store grand openings, but what does it really say about you when you’re walking around sporting a “Ralph’s Grand Opening in Tujunga” t-shirt from 2005? 1. You’re so yesterday’s news.  2. You have no fashion sense. 3. You’re CHEAP! 4. No guy or girl will ever give you the time of day and you’re doomed to be single and lonely for the rest of your life! This is where funny t-shirts step in and turns your life around!

Young adults nowadays are interested in expressing themselves in many unique ways, such as dressing themselves up with cool funny saying t-shirts and are not afraid what other people think of them.  Majority of these young “CATS” are exremely expressive and living freely as our next generation is slowly transitioning into the “Free-Mind Era”. I have interviewed a large group of young men and women to discover what kind of garments they
would wear when they socialize with their friends. Interestingly, the answers I got from them were quite phenomenal. Majority of these young kids are into funny t-shirts designs.  Whatever tees shirts they find that identify as cool, funny, offensive, or nerdy, without doubts, they won’t mind spending some dollars to buy these funny tees to draw attentions because it presents their personaility.  In another context, a college student who works part-time as a Disc Jockey at a night club, said he would always wear a t-shirt that catches people’s attention even if the tee is offensive, as long as he thinks the shirt looks cool, then he is good to go along with it.  Suprisingly, the audience loves his shirt. He also once
wore an “light up t-shirt” aka (Elctroluminesce), which was a sound activated electro t-shirt that lights up and graphics move to the beat of the music, to a club and the crowds went berserk and complimenting his shirt because it was such an eye-catcher and it just brought out the fun and joy of the night. I guess there’s nothing like a great conversation starter if I wear one of these EL t-shirts to a club, I might be the hit of the party!

In conclusion to my story here, I personally would start wearing one of those funny t-shirts so I can be cool with these youngsters! Hey, someone might see me wearing these funny tees and give me a high-five if they like it right?! So what are you waiting for?
